The Current Hospital system maintains patient records manually. This manual process takes a lot of time and maintaining a large set of records of patients and keeping a history of patient records is also a tough task. So there is a need of changing this existing system. To develop an android application that allows doctors and patients to fill in the necessary information of patients and then generate reports which will help in the analysis of patient health performance.

• The goal of the doctor-patient assistant application is to improve performance and accuracy of as follows:
  To solve all problems in the current system.
• To fulfill the requirement of doctors and patients and make the process
  faster and efficient
• To generate health performance reports of patient and establish a
  communication between doctor and patient.
