The Participant hereby confirms that the chance provided by Tour2Tech to be recognized as a rank-holder in the exam(s) in accordance with these Feature Terms, is sufficient consideration for the use of Participant’s Personal Attributes by Tour2Tech in accordance with the terms hereof, and Tour2Tech shall have no liability to pay any consideration for any use of the Participant’s Personal Attributes in accordance with these Feature Terms.

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is not entitled for any refund. If you buy any online batch/service, it is non-refundable. If you purchase any batch by mistake, you can request to change it to another batch of the same amount within 10 days of the purchase. We recommend you to first check the complete system and then decide to make a payment in case of books. If the product received is damaged/lost by the courier partner, the student is entitled for a replacement. Internship Policy

1. Duration and Performance:

a. The duration of the internship is contingent upon the candidate/student’s performance.

b. The company reserves the right to extend or reduce the internship duration based on the intern’s performance.

2. Performance Standards:

a. If the candidate/student’s performance falls below the expected standards, the company reserves the right to terminate the internship before the scheduled duration.

b. The decision to terminate will be communicated to the intern, providing constructive feedback and improvement opportunities.

3. Notice Period for Interns:

a. Interns wishing to terminate their internship must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

b. A maximum notice period of 30 days is required if an intern decides to leave the company voluntarily.

4. Unsatisfactory Performance:

a. The company retains the right to terminate an intern if their performance is consistently unsatisfactory.

b. Prior to termination, the intern will be given opportunities for improvement, and counseling may be provided.

5. Stipend for Terminated Interns:

a. Interns terminated within the first month of employment will not be eligible for any stipend payment.

b. Stipend disbursement will be made only for the completed months of service.

6. Extension of Internship:

a. The extension of the internship is contingent upon the intern’s performance during the initial period.

b. The decision to extend will be communicated to the intern well in advance, providing details of the extended duration and expectations.

7. Code of Conduct:

a. Interns are expected to adhere to the company’s code of conduct and professional standards.

b. Any violation of ethical standards may result in immediate termination.

8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

a. Interns are required to maintain confidentiality regarding company information and proprietary technologies.

b. All work produced during the internship is the intellectual property of the company.
